Court Bonds
Court Bonds are bonds an individual requires when taking action through a court of law. These bonds are often needed in order to reduce the risk of financial loss following a ruling by the court or to ensure the fulfillment/completion of a court-ordered requirement.
There are two main types of Court bonds
Judicial Bonds
Judicial Bonds are court bonds required to limit losses that could result from a ruling of the Court. Types of Judicial Bonds include:
- Bail Bonds
- Appeal Bonds
- Plaintiff Asset Attachment Bonds (Commercial Litigation)
Probate/Fiduciary Bonds
Probate/Fiduciary Bonds are bonds required for individuals appointed by a Court to care for another individual and/or manage another individual's assets. Types of Probate/Fiduciary Bonds include:
- Custodian Bonds
- Executor Bonds
- Fiduciary Bonds
- Guardianship Bonds
- Probate Bonds
- VA Fiduciary Bond
